In general, single-ply membranes are intended for roofs deemed flat or “low-slope”. River Roofing is proud to offer IB Roof Systems for the majority of our single ply applications. In terms of flat roof materials, IB Roof Systems offers an 80 mil PVC single-ply membrane with a non-prorated 25-year material warranty. It is almost twice as thick as the standard 45 mil sheets that are available. So you can feel the difference.
IB Roof Systems applies an acrylic-based top coat, Sta-Clean™, on all of their membranes that will not only keep the roof clean much longer than other standard membranes but keep IB’s white membrane reflective longer with less maintenance to save more in energy costs than standard membranes as well.
